Hydraulic Expander Steps: Simply deburr the tube, (aneal if necessary) screw on the appropriate expander head, insert into the tube, set the tool to ON, pump the handles until the tube is fully expanded to selected head setting, set tool to OFF to loosen the tubing and its ready for brazing!
