This sickle is designed to easily slice through stems, stalks and small branches. It features a 4.3 inch hooked blade made from stainless steel. This makes the blade corrosion resistant and easy to clean and sanitize. This tool features a plastic handle which will never rot or decay and which meets food processing requirements.
